We are a growing company based in Ontario, Canada. Our brand name, 3 MAPLES, stems from the Canadian maple leaves as well as the fact that the company caters for three main services; translation/ interpretation, education and management solutions.

Founder Biography

Talal Baranbo has a wide and rich practical experience in Management, Education and Translation/ Interpretation in Canada and the Middle East.

He has over 14 years of experience in Business Management as he was an executive director for 5 years in Syria, department manager for 2 years in Dubai, a project manager for 4 years in Turkey and has been a company director since 2018 in Canada. He has post-grad certificate in International Business Management from Sheridan College, Ontario, Canada.

As for education, he has taught ESL and business in Syria, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Turkey and Canada. He taught in classes and online for schools, universities, colleges and private educational institutes. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and literature, a Master’s Degree in Language Interpretation and Translation, Cambridge CELTA, TESOL Diploma from PDSB Canada, TOT (Trainer of Trainers) from the Association of Australian Trainers, and he is a TESL Ontario member and certified by OCELT (Ontario Certified English Language Teacher).

In addition to his experience in Business and Education, he also has a long experience in Translation and Interpretation. He has a Master’s Degree in Language Interpretation and Translation. He is a member and certified translator of ATIO (Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario – Canada), community interpreter and culture broker certified by CISOC, Ottawa (Culture Interpretation Services for Our Community) and a certified Sworn Translator by the Ministry of Justice in Damascus.
